Spicy Roasted Chickpeas
Ingredients
- 400 gr. VOION chickpeas, boiled
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 1 sc. garlic, chopped
- 2 tbsp paprika, sweet
Execution Method
- Preheat the oven to 190degrees in air.
- Put the chickpeas in a bowl, add the olive oil, salt and pepper and mix.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and pour them into the bowl with the chickpeas.
- Line a pan with parchment paper and spread the chickpeas.
- Bake for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. They are ready when they shrink a little and are crispy on the outside.
- Remove and serve.
