Fasting "Banoffee": Bananas with Halva and Chocolate

Ingredients

Servings: 4-5

  • 4 bananas, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 250g tahini-based halva, crumbled by hand
  • 100g chocolate of your choice, finely chopped

Procedure

  1. To prepare the fasting "banoffee," start by placing the banana slices in a bowl.
  2. Add ⅔ of the crumbled halva and half of the chopped chocolate, then mix well.
  3. Divide the mixture into 4-5 individual ovenproof bowls or spread it in a small baking dish in a thick layer.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate on top, then cover it well with the rest of the halva to prevent burning during baking.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) for 5-10 minutes, until the chocolate and halva melt.
  6. Serve warm while it's still creamy.
