Mixed legumes
Ingredients :
- 200 gr. Voion mixed legumes
- 1 tomato
- 1 cucumber
- 1 fresh onion
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- lemon juice, from 1 lemon
- 50 gr. olive oil
For serving
- 2 crackers
Execution Method :
- Boil the legume according to the package instructions.
- Put the boiled legume in a bowl.
- Cut the tomato into small cubes and put them in the bowl.
- Clean the cucumber from its skin and seeds. Cut it into thin slices and add them to the bowl.
- Cut the spring onion into rings and put them in the bowl.
- In another bowl, mix the mustard together with the honey and lemon juice with a hand whisk.
- Slowly pour in the olive oil while constantly stirring with the wire.
- Pour the sauce into the bowl with the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- Serve with the crackers.
