The cultivation of medium beans takes only three months and is the first beans harvested in Western Macedonia, to cook delicious bean soup, the national dish of the country.

Characteristics: The beans are small, oval in shape and white. It is a variety well adapted to the microclimate conditions of the area, with the result that the beans are easy to boil, tasty, and nutritious. They have a buttery texture, rich aroma and thin skin. Preparing for cooking is easy and is ideal for soups and salads.
