As soon as it burns, add a little olive oil, the onion, the garlic, the leek and saut\u00e9 them for 3 minutes, stirring with a wooden spoon at regular intervals.<\/li>\n\n<li>Add the tomato paste and saute for 1 minute.<\/li>\n\n<li>Add the concache tomato, stock, beans and bay leaves.
