Accompany it with vegetables and you will have the ultimate nutritious winter meal!<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>For fava :<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>200 gr.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/voion.gr\/en\/fava\/\">fava beans voion<\/a><\/li>\n\n<li>1 tbsp olive oil<\/li>\n\n<li>salt<\/li>\n\n<li>pepper<\/li><\/ul><p>For the soup:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>100 g water, boiling<\/li>\n\n<li>1 fresh onion<\/li>\n\n<li>1 carrot<\/li>\n\n<li>2 tbsp parsley<\/li>\n\n<li>2 tbsp sundried tomatoes<\/li>\n\n<li>1 tbsp caper<\/li>\n\n<li>salt<\/li>\n\n<li>pepper<\/li><\/ul><p>For serving:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2 tbsp croutons<\/li><\/ul><p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Execution Method<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p>For fava :<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Place a saucepan over medium heat, add water and fava beans, and bring to a boil.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n<li>Drain the fava beans from the water and put them back in the pot.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n<li>Add the olive oil and saut\u00e9 for 2 minutes.<\/li>\n\n<li>Add water to cover the fava beans, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and boil until tender.
