{"id":1922,"date":"2018-04-28T13:02:23","date_gmt":"2018-04-28T10:02:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.voion.gr\/?p=1922"},"modified":"2023-12-07T13:11:06","modified_gmt":"2023-12-07T10:11:06","slug":"revithia-me-loykaniko-kai-spanaki","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/voion.gr\/en\/revithia-me-loykaniko-kai-spanaki\/","title":{"rendered":"Chickpeas with sausage and spinach"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4>Ingredients<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>500 gr. large chickpeas <a href=\"http:\/\/voion.gr\/en\/product\/%cf%81%ce%b5%ce%b2%ce%af%ce%b8%ce%b9%ce%b1-%cf%87%ce%bf%ce%bd%ce%b4%cf%81%ce%ac\/\">Voion<\/a>\u00a0soaked in water from the night before<\/li>\n<li>plenty of olive oil<\/li>\n<li>4 large cloves of garlic<\/li>\n<li>2 large onions<\/li>\n<li>1 can of crushed tomato<\/li>\n<li>250 gr. spicy sausage<\/li>\n<li>500 gr. peeled spinach<\/li>\n<li>1 laurel leaf<\/li>\n<li>a little rosemary<\/li>\n<li>salt<\/li>\n<li>pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"entry-title fusion-post-title\" data-fontsize=\"26\" data-lineheight=\"34\"><\/h2>\n<h4>Procedure<\/h4>\n<div class=\"method\">\n<div class=\"text\">\n<ol>\n<li>Boil the chickpeas for about an hour and a half or until they are ready but keep for a while.<\/li>\n<li>Strain and keep a cup of their broth.
