All materials exactly as in the following execution without the cod. But it gives extra flavor to this wonderful food.<\/p>\n<p>We soak the giant beans from the previous day. Drain them and boil them in a pot with plenty of water, over medium heat, for about 40 minutes to soften without melting and without dissolving. We drain.<\/p>\n<p>Cut all the vegetables into thin slices.<\/p>\n<p>Heat 3-4 tablespoons of the total olive oil in a saucepan and saut\u00e9 all the vegetables except the green leaves of the spring onions, for 4-5 minutes on high heat. Add hot water to cover the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper and boil for 15 \u2032 to soften the potato slices.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, add the giant beans, the herbs, the green leaves of the onions and the celery. Put it all together in a pan. At this stage the food has a little juice, almost to the middle of the ingredients. If it has evaporated in the boil, add a little hot water. Pour over with the remaining olive oil and bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Then, we cut the cod into pieces and put it inside the giants.
