SMOKE RICE<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

    INSTRUCTIONS<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

    Put the rice in a very fine strainer and rinse it. Then, pour it into the pot and add water in a ratio of 2\/1 to it rice. We salt the water and at this point we can optionally add 1 tbsp. our oil of choice for <\/span>each 1 cuo of rice. Cover and leave on medium heat. As soon as the water boils, lower the heat and leave it, paying attention to each <\/span>so open the lid to let the many vapors escape. When the rice has absorbed almost all the water, turn off the heat and leave it on the eye for 10' with the lid closed <\/span>lid. Open the lid and mix gently <\/span>with the spoon.
