The area offers an ideal ecosystem with excellent soil and climatic conditions for growing beans at an altitude of over 550 meters. These beans have been grown in the area since the 16th century. The long tradition, the taste and the knowledge of the producers as well as the unique natural environment contribute to the production of a special product with a unique taste.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Characteristics:<\/strong> Flat or thick beans are a Greek, thin-skinned variety of high quality. It requires a short cooking time, thanks to the unique combination of microclimate, soil composition and traditional cultivation techniques.
