Chickpeas with bacon and leeks

Ingredients :

  • 2 cups chickpeas Voion medium
  • Sliced ​​bacon (as much as you want)
  • 2 chopped leeks
  • Juice of a lemon
  • Olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Procedure:

Soak the chickpeas from the night before. Boil them for 15 minutes in the pot to soften them.

At the same time, in a pyrex, bake the leeks with the bacon in a preheated oven, with a little water.

Add the chickpeas, salt and pepper and lemon oil. Let it cook for 20-25 minutes and… it's time to serve!
